We went with this hotel because of price and location. NOT WORTH IT! It is the farthest hotel from the strip. Our room was DIRTY. Bugs in the bathroom, crumbs/dirty straw left on floor, candy/garbage underneath the bed, cobweb in the bathroom. Internet did not work the first 2 days we were there. I badgered and badgered the front desk...

We stayed here as part of a Groupon deal for our trip over Fall Break. We wanted cheap lodging as October is the high season and other hotels were outrageous during this time. Our Groupon gave us 2 nights for about $100. I rated the hotel as "average" based on this price point, but if I had to have paid...

I will NEVER stay here again! Our room was absolutely disgusting. We were told that we asked for a pet friendly room, which we did NOT! It smelled like wet dogs and mildew. There were dead bugs in the corners of the room and candy on the floor. There was blood on the door frame of the bathroom and the...

The staff 'tried' to accommodate our extreme dissatisfaction, however, when NOTHING works, the hotel is old, outdated and falling apart, there's only so much the staff themselves can do! The Jacuzzi tub didn't work in one of the rooms, we moved rooms 3 times because of issues with the rooms. The rooms by the elevator were ridiculously loud, the cold...

This is a great place to relax we came here 12 times last year and was married here in October 2016. The staff are great, the rooms are not fancy and perfect but they are comfortable and clean. There are wild bears that came down daily and played in the creek. The indoor pool is beautiful, they have a hot...

We really enjoyed staying here. A lot of the hotels in downtown Gatlinburg are older, and this one is no exception, but it was very clean, quiet, and conveniently located. We were able to walk to the strip with no problems. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Stayed one night with family. The front desk staff was exceptional, particularly the two ladies working the evening of 2/19/17. Rooms where a little dated but were very clean and loved the balcony over the creek!! Kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here on a trip to Gatlinburg to do some hiking at elkmont. Our rooms were creek side. Had nice little balcony with 2 comfy rocking chairs. The rooms were a little outdated as with most older places down there but were super clean. The rates were very cheap witch made it a great place and well within walking distance...

We stayed in a pet friendly room across the street from the main hotel. The room was dated, but the bed was pretty good. I would not want to stay there for more than a few days - too cramped. They only left us 2 bars of soap and one shampoo - no conditioner or lotion.
