This property is showing its age... check in area cramped but easy to check in. Room is comfortable but needs a bathroom update. Ugly wallpaper, small, and towels getting worn. Have a creek view which is nice and recommend to book a room with this...More
This motel is great for location, location, location. It is right on the parkway. Parking is close by and free. The morning breakfast is great and well maintained by Hampton Staff. Likewise room was cleaned and comfortable. This is good motel in a great location....More
Great location in middle of town, close to restaurants, shopping and activities. Staff was very good, rooms seem on the small side, beds not the best. Breakfast same as all Hamptons. Overall a nice hotel!

Nice hotel, dated but well kept and clean. The lobby and rooms are ok; and the location ideal. I've stayed here many years and I am always satisfied. Not much they can do esthetically, but they do take care of the premises.

Thank you for your loyalty we are an older property built from the ground up as a Hampton Inn in 1992 and we strive to keep up with all Hilton standards. We cant wait to have you back.
I always take my truck. Parking near the front door is tight, but they have a parking garage as well right there and there's no problem with a truck in or on top of that. I'd never go to Gatlinburg without my truck :)
