Very clean, nice few of stream, good breakfast, good fire place, good spa tub, but little noise in walls, over all good romantic get away. Will come again. close to attractions, but no noise from them.

Have stayed here before. And will stay here again. The Parkway where you " walk the town" is just a hop, skip and jump up the hill. All rooms have a view of the stream and fireplace. Has a rustic feel. No carpet but "wood". Small but pleasant breakfast nook with the basic to eat before hitting the road. All...

This is the first vacation we took as a family. We loved our stay here. Rooms were very nice and hotel was convenient to everything in Gatlinburg. Breakfast was good for our family. The staff was very friendly. Thanks for a memorable trip.

The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. If you are looking for a peaceful nights sleep you will not get it here. The walls are paper thin. We could hear the people snoring in the room next door. The mattresses are the worst. Every time you roll over the springs pop making loud...

Only place to stay when in Gatlinburg. The décor reflects the mountain area. Very nice, clean rooms. Staff very friendly and the location of the hotel is perfect for visiting downtown without the hassle of trying to find parking. Close to everything! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Gatlinburg area.

This was our 4th time to stay here, and we love it! The folks are wonderful and accommodating, and the gentleman that refreshes our room is a gem! I wish I knew his name, but he is so helpful when we need extra towels or anything else....just a nice person! Thanks again guys!

We had an amazing stay there. David, Greg and Calvin were so nice and spoke to us every time we came in. The hotel smelled wonderful and we loved the cookies in the afternoon. The morning shift need help on their customer interaction. The beds and pillows were amazing. I slept like a baby.

Great place to stay with great staff in a very busy vacation town with an extremely high number of options for lodging. I would recommend this hotel in the early spring season. Close to the park and short walk to anywhere.
