If you are looking for a spa to be pampered in, this is not the place for you. That said, this is an outdoorsman dream come true. No TV, phone, cell service or internet. We atayed in one of the A-frame on the lake. Very rustic cabin like but had everything you might need. Full kitchen set up, 3 bedrooms...

We stayed 4 nights on a site next to the lake. IT WAS PERFECT! The fire ring was next to the lake. The sites were well maintained and great for tent or campers. Everything you need is here we rented a boat, some kayaks, they have games in the office area, groceries and ice cream. The area was quite and...

We had originally booked one of the cheaper cabins, but due to an issue with the water heater they offered us an upgrade to one of the A-frame cabins. WOW. It was so lovely. Deck right on the lake, a wood burning fireplace, kitchen fully-stocked with all the utensils you will need. We rented a boat from the owners to...

We stayed in an A-frame cabin. It had a full kitchen, deck overlooking Gunflint lake, and a wood stove. The cabin was very tidy and in good condition. We loved the use of canoes. We did not take advantage of any of the resort scheduled events. The owner was very kind and friendly. This is a laid back place. You...

From the near perfect campground to the clean and well kept facilities, I sincerely found my favorite campground in Superior. The owners of the campground are part of an incredibly sweet family that make you feel like you're right at home. They can offer you a ton of guidance and knowledge of the surrounding area and send you on trips...

Grandparents, Aunts, Parents, and 3 boys (9 yr twins and 11) had a great time indoors and out. XCountry skis got a workout as well as sliding and snowboarding. Grandpa enjoyed keeping the fireplace going and kept the boys busy hauling wood. We were in one of the A frames, lots of room and a well appointed kitchen. Plan on...

We stayed for two nights, the first night in campsite 16 and the second night we stayed in campsite 5. Campsite 5 is definitely the best out of all of them! The site was right on the water with an ample amount of space, perfect views of Canada across the lake, and water/electricity right on site. The overall stay was...

Our family loved our camping trip up here. We had toddlers with us and it was still an awesome trip. We had a sleeper cabin for the kids and my parents and then my husband and I had a tent site on the lake which looks out to Canada. We love the fact that there is no cell reception. Another...

I stayed in one of their "camping cabins" with my son in October. It was affordable and all we needed to set up a base camp for hiking. The family operating the facility was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our experience and I will return again with our entire family.

I've stayed here numerous times during the Spring (Lake Trout, Walleye, SM Bass) run. We always get/got a Camping Cabin- sleeps 4, has electricity, comfy bunk-beds, running water, deck/benches and is (wait for it) $70 a night! If your a fisherman that's ALL you need- clean, cozy, warm, roof over your head, electricity! SLEEP, EAT, FISH! The public shower facilities...
