No central heat. Was told the boiler was broken. Didn't even offer a discount for no heat all night. Nowhere in the building to get bottled water (tap water was nasty). Broken window and casement was cracked and peeling. Bathroom fan was broken.

We have not been there in summer for many years so I am not sure about how effective their AC is. I do believe they have it but I would contact the hotel directly and talk with them.
