We stayed at this property from 9/14-19/15. It was a good choice - close to the train station at West Glacier and close to other amenities in West Glacier, including access to the national park. The rooms are very clean; the location is ideal - quiet, tucked away in the woods, and small (not a lot of noise either from...

We spent two nights here and two nights at The Great Bear Inn (because Glacier Guides wasn’t available), so I have the opportunity of making a contemporary comparison of both properties (see, also, my review of The Great Bear Inn). First of all, it would be helpful if TripAdvisor would put both Glacier Guides and Great Bear in the same...

We stayed at Glacier Guides Lodge for one night during a trip to Glacier National Park. We arrived a bit late in the day so wanted to get settled right away and get ready for the next day. Check in was quick and painless. Once in our room we realized that it was a little loud as it was right...

The lodge location is just outside Glacier NP western entrance so it is very convenient to driving in and out of the park. Almost as important is that it is located a bit up a dirt road and behind a hill which shields the lodge from noise from the trains that run through town. The rooms are immaculate and large...

As many others have said they have nice rooms with a good continental breakfast. Others have talked about the staff and we too were pleased. We only saw Don and his 2 daughters during our stay. After our 2 night stays each at the Swiftcurrent motor lodge and Many Glacier Lodge in the park it was a nice change of...

I was excited to stay at Glacier Guides after reading all of the other reviews. I was not disappointed and was very impressed by this well-run, immaculately clean Lodge. It was built in the last few years and is impeccably maintained. After spending a night at the historic (but bare bones) Many Glacier Hotel, this was truly a Ritz Carlton-esque...

I came to Glacier in the midst of the fires and smoke. Seriously considered canceling, but was glad I chose not too. Despite the less than stellar conditions this lodge and its staff were a breeze of fresh air. I stayed in both an upstairs room for 3 nights prior to backpacking and a downstairs room for one night after....

Very good continental breakfast with excellent fruit salad. Also Jennifer who runs the lodge is exceptional in her hospitality, helpfulness and knowledge of the area .

Very comfortable and large rooms. The manager Jennifer was delightful, informative and knowledgeable. She was able to give us dining suggestions and change our rafting reservation time. All the rooms have flat screen satellite TV and A/C. Bathrooms have nice tub/Showers and wall heater to take the chill off in the mornings. Plenty of parking. A very light continental breakfast...

Stayed here for seven nights. Could not be happier with the location, which is a couple of blocks from the west entrance to Glacier National Park. The hotel is set back off Hwy 2, and you feel like you are in the middle of the forest. The rooms are simple and clean, have all the extras: WiFi, television, air conditioning,...
