We have been coming to Bear Mountain since it was part of the Nature Conservancy, and are happy to say that it continues to be very special. Clean, inviting, great food, great hosts, caring staff - everything you would want in a weekend away!

Arrived just in time for very tasteful dinner (had reservations) superbly offered by caring staff. Room was so nice and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was huge! Lounged outdoors till the moon came up and awoke to an amazing breakfast. Middle of the week birthday getaway...More

The owners and staff are so friendly, accommodating and pay attention to detail. Great ambiance, very good food, lots to do in the area, especially if you like to hike. Will keep going back. We especially enjoy spring and fall visits.
