It's a shame this is the only property located so conveniently to the Federal Courthouse, Brooklyn Bridge and many Metro stops. It would be the only reason I will stay at this property (if necessary) ever again. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out Customer Service was not their priority. A real "take it or...

Loved this hotel! Booked a standard room and got a good deal for less than $200 per night. Valet Parking was $25 a day, not bad compared to Manhattan. I usually stay in Times Square but wasn't interested in doing the touristy thing on this visit. This is was mainly a shopping trip and I wanted to be close to...

Just got back from 2 nights stay at this hotel. Was in New York on business so didn't spend too much time here. Unfortunately they are in the middle of a major refurb of the bar and restaurant. The main places you want to hang out in when away. The hotel has relocated these areas to a room and does...

Dear Maddison 27 - Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback here on TripAdvisor. A great option, I did want to share with you is...

Spent three nights at the Marriott Brooklyn Bridge and had a great stay. Room on 17th floor was nice and on the corner, but not much of a view. Hotel is only a block or so from the start of the Brooklyn Bridge walking section, great location. Also only a block or two from two subway stops so easy to...

No real restaurant. No room service. Only breakfast $30 buffet. Food they do have is poor & limited. Staff don't care. No customer service. A miserable experience. Mr. Marriott wouldn't be happy with this hotel.

We paid more for a suite because were were there for 5 nights and although pricey, it was worth it for the extra room. Subway stops very close to hotel so a very convenient location. They were renovating part of the hotel so no real restaurant but we weren't planning on eating there so no issue for us. Suite was...

Location, no doubt, has enabled this property to charge Manhattan prices, both on lodging, food and beverages, but the ambiance and amenities do not justify them. We often stay there because of college meetings in Brooklyn, but have enjoyed more beautiful Marriotts elsewhere. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our special needs, but, overall, not a good value.

I've reviewed this hotel before, explaining why it has become my favorite hotel. So what's new? My most recent stay was on Halloween. I had a special request regarding the accommodations which was handled spectacularly by Sabrina Geyer in the reservations office. “Your rooms are nice, but the area I stayed in had the worst possible view. A complimentary bottle or two of water, especially if you're a Marriott member, would be nice. The rooms aren't worth the $299/night rate I paid and definitely aren't worth more than that. If you want a view of any sort don't stay in room 718 in the south tower.”
