Staff is useless, condescending and rude. They also assume guests don't understand Spanish as they talked about me right in front of me. Marilee, the 'manager' was useless. She treated me as if I were invading her personal space. I paid for the largest king suite with the

The Brooklyn is not in the hub of tourist activities, but it met my needs as a former NY resident visiting friends, and I plan to stay here again. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautiful. Easy to get into Manhattan. Great service. There is a market nearby with gourmet items +

I stayed at this hotel over night this past weekend. It was for my youngest turning 21. The website made it sound so great. And it was, with a few issues. The parking garage was close but they did not speak English so I was concerned if they understood me. Brittany at the front

Hi! Do you have a parking?
Hello! We don’t have parking at the hotel but the Mobil Gas station which is half a block from the hotel at Atlantic and Bedford has a parking lot which you can buy a spot for $20 for 24hrs.

The advertisement for the hotel says “near the subway.” We drove in from MD. So I can’t confirm subway location. That said if you are coming in with children this is not the hotel for you. Trust me. It’s a neighborhood in transition. Lots of trash on sidewalks and no “nice” shops or restaurants near by. We did stay in Manhattan recently at 2 reasonably priced hotels called The Lex and Gatsby Hotel. Either of these would be much better neighborhood wise if traveling with children. Rooms are small but how much time do you really spend in your room when in NY. Hope this helps.

Hi here, I hope this email finds you well. Thank you for reaching out to us and not going by what some reviews say :). The area is pretty safe. It is definitely up and coming. I know that as a tourist, anywhere you go, you definitely are a little more cautious and don't feel comfortable if you do not see the area as familiar as your home town, but ones you get to see the familiar faces everyday, you will know it isn't bad. I hope this helps Best Regards, Lina General Manager
