Big hotel ---we stayed in the annex. It's clean and has comfortable beds. Lots of activity as this is the cruise line hotel. Free internet. Restaurant has continental breakfast buffet and full buffet. $14 and $19. Has full bar.

We completed our land tour here and found our accommodations clean and quiet spacious. It was nice to have a king bed instead of two twins. Hotel is within walking distance to downtown. The Holland American tour desk is convenient and very helpful to book land excursions. Recommend this hotel if you are staying in Fairbanks.

Average accommodations but we paid MUCH MORE than average for our tour package. Captive location. Only very high prices meal options at the location and going elsewhere would involve a taxi cab ride (adding more expense to the night stay). Clean but unsatisfactory accommodation for our money. Would never recommend anyone to stay here.

We spent one night in this hotel prior to a land trip through Alaska. We were placed in the older part of the hotel and it was adequate. The furnishings were old and worn and the entire room was in dire need of repainting and/or remodeling. However, the room was comfortable and clean. Overall, it was a good place to...

We stayed here one night as part of a land tour. The hotel is mediocre by hotel standards but, hey, it's in the middle of tundra wilderness so expectations shouldn't be too high. The room was clean and well maintained, just a little dated. There is an in-house restaurant and bar that has good food, just a little pricey (but...

Perfect place to stay especially if you're catching a tour or looking for local attractions. Several of the Alaskan tour and cruise companies utilize the lower lobby for sales and as a gathering bus stop.

We spent two nights in Fairbanks at the Westmark Hotel. It is the starting point for land tours of the Princess Cruise Line. Fairbanks is a tiny, depressed-looking town, and this building was the tallest we could see in the area. The room and rest of the large facility were clean and the bed comfortable. A small, separate kitchenette with...

For local standards this is considered a somewhat upper scale hotel. This is a clean, comfortable, hotel with friendly staff. The lobby includes a beautiful sitting area and a souvenir store with a Starbucks that sets your expectations somewhat high. The rooms are your average cookie cutter, impersonal and somewhat on the small side, with your average paper-thin walls. We...

All staff were excellent: friendly and helpful, especially the tour desk. Room was marginally clean with someone else's toenail clipping on the bathroom floor. Water was slow to drain away from tub and sink. Walls had touch up paint clearly visible. But air conditioning worked well and blackout drapes enabled us to sleep despite the midnight sun. Beds were quite...

We were booked on a cruise-tour package, and were a little apprehensive from previous reviews. Our stay here was a wonderful experience! The staff were very helpful, and the room was the nicest place we've stayed in for a long time. The room temperature was always just right with no AC noises. Pillows and bed were clean, fluffy, and comfortable....
