Friendly, consistent, quiet, well-appointed, convenient, and parking offered for a nominal daily fee of $5. It's not the Ritz but it fulfills its role well. Although it seemed to be running at high occupancy during my 4 night stay there, the bathroom on our floor was always clean and available. This was my one "major" concern going into this and...

Coolidge Corner Guest House provides a convenient and comfortable accommodation for those needing to be in Brookline/Boston. I appreciate the quiet setting, the effective wifi, and the fruit at breakfast. I am returning certainly..

This is a family-owned, multi-generational gorgeous Victorian house with beautiful rooms, lovely decor, comfortable beds and people who are willing to do anything to make your stay better. We couldn't have asked for a better place! So reasonably priced as well!

Very quiet, comfortable bed, great shower and the parking was tight but it worked. The drive to the medical area was also great, for a person who doesn't like city driving. The staff was very helpful, always there to help you.

Staff quite helpful. Pleasant atmosphere and adequate breakfast. Kitchen renovations should have started after 10am instead of 7:30am and a voucher for coffee/snacks would have been appreciated since this was not available throughout the day as offerred on check in.

We stayed for four nights in this charming B&B. Our room on the third floor was comfortable and quiet. The sleeping comfort was great. At breakfast we got the best bagels which we got on our four weeks trip. There was a comfortable sitting room on the second floor where you could relax by some coffee or tea plus cookies,...

I agree with many other reviewers that it was odd that we never met the owners. Our room was small with a full size bed and very small private bath. Pluses are the location was perfect for us. Negatives are the bed not being very firm and the sheets/covers dingy. Thin toilet paper is always a pet peeve of mine...
