Professional, helpful staff. Great location. Walking distance to everything. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Savannah. Room wasn't huge but it clean and big enough. I wish we didn't miss wine and cheese hour. Maybe next time.

Lots of character but comfortable room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Brilliant location to explore Savannah on foot. Valet parking is very convenient although there is a charge. The Bistro was quite expensive for dinner.

The Marshall House is a great historic hotel with wonderful ambiance and fantastic staff but the walls and floors are thin. Unfortunately I could hear the person next door snoring and every footfall of the woman upstairs. Other than that, my stay was exceptional. I arrived quite early due to flight times and reception was quite accommodating and got me...

They have a terrific hour long discussion of the history of the hotel and the city- fascinating and well done by the manager and a local historian. Plus they serve free wine and cheese. A very cool experience in a filled lobby full of guests knowing you are the latest attendees stretching back to 1850!! There was a disturbance on...

This was an unplanned trip. We were in the area because my grandson came earlier than expected. What an honor to be able to stay at such a beautiful Inn. We arrived late each of the three nights and were pleased to be greeted with smiles and courtesy. The valet was a gentleman, politely holding doors. The room was elegant!!...

This is a no frills hotel - certainly not luxury and service was not very good at hotel or restaurant bar. Breakfast buffet was terrible. That said, location was awesome and loved staying in a true historic Savannah boutique. Would stay there again just people should know not to expect those things.

The Marshall House was great for its location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Morning breakfast had a nice array of options. Inability to recycle to plastic water bottles was distressing, however.

It's a long story, best to start in the beginning... It was our third visit to Savannah. Couple of years ago we came to the Marshall House for an amazing dinner in the hotel's Bistro 45 restaurant. We knew we wanted to come back. The 19th century house, the great location, the interesting history of the original proprietor Mary Marshall,...

In general, my experience was a good one with few exceptions. It is a little bit pricey for the services they are offering. You have to pay for parking (please chose to park yourself, it is easier and cheaper). The breakfast is not included in the price you are paying for the accommodation. If you choose to eat breakfast at...

Thank you Tony! I'm very sorry to hear you were only able to rate us as "average." The breakfast is consistent but full of buffet choices so you can decide what you want each day. The wine and cheese is presented each day Sunday through Thursday. Please let us know what you would have liked to see on the buffet....
