About 50 of us stayed here for three nights and the customer service was amazing! Henry on the waitstaff always had a smile on his face and was happy to take care of our requests. He was our waiter for two breakfasts and two lunches...we wanted to take him home with us. Vickie in the bar was outstanding! She made...

Although we planned to stay for three nights, we shortened our stay. Upon returning to the hotel after a day of touring, we found that housekeeping had not touched our room. When we contacted the front desk, we were told that was because there was a shh....sign on the door at 9 a.m. The sign was removed by 10 a.m....

Love the location. Very nice from desk staff! Valet guys are great! Lobby is clean and inviting. Parking is pricey with limited options. House-keeping needs some work! Pretty sure items were taken from our room. And a pitiful job at cleaning room.

Valet parking is overpriced. Way overpriced. Stay in a local garage. Its what I wish I did. Worse of all is that while they provide a Keurig in your room for a cup of coffee, don't expect to go downstairs to fill up like most hotels. Instead they'll charge you almost $7 for two cups. Also very noisy. The staff...

The good: it was clean, modern, and as my boyfriend said "swanky for a Holiday Inn." It was a little odd that the housekeepers didn't enter room while we were gone to clean - they merely left a bag of clean towels, washcloths, and toiletries outside the door. So, we had a pile of towels and washcloths on the bathroom...

Hello Tanya H, I’m glad you enjoyed our convenient location and understand your comments about the valet parking expense. One of the few downsides to visiting any downtown location is the amount of limited self-parking. We pride ourselves in delivering memorable experiences and I will be sure to follow up with our team regarding the feedback you shared. Safe travels....

Very nice hotel but your hotel stay does not include parking. Valet parking price is ridiculous. There is a small side street that has a few spaces if you want to self park, but otherwise, you're on the hook for $27/day. The hotel offers room service from their restaurant, but there's an automatic 18% gratuity added to your order. We...

Hello mkaufman2015, I’m happy you found our employees to be professional and friendly. You’re correct in pointing out that Savannah’s Historic District does have a Holiday Inn Express just blocks away from our location. One of the few downsides to visiting any downtown location is the amount of limited self-parking. Our valet operations are employed to provide an enhanced level...

The hotel is lovely, modern, and attractive; The best part of the hotel for me, though, was the front desk lead, Joanta Johnson. On my second morning, I called down to complain that the bed was too soft for my back and to ask if they had any rooms with firmer mattresses. Ms. Johnson said she'd check and followed up...

Room was nice Modern compared to other places stayed on tour around south/east America. Was a good base location for exploring Savannah. Only a short walk to the centre of the historic district. Swimming pool is good size and clean.

Convenient to Broughton Street. Valet Parking is pricey but necessary if you are not familiar with the area and unwilling/unable to walk. Street parking is minimal. Parking is not allowed in the lot located next to the hotel. Room service is also expensive.

Valet pricey but convenient as there is no street parking. Hotel is right across the street from City Market area: kind of like a sectioned off portion of streets with a lot of outside bazaar like activity, tourist trappings, bars, restaurants, and entertainment. This hotel is clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was slow to be served...
