We traveled to Savannah the end of September to celebrate our anniversary. I wanted to stay in a historic Bed & Breakfast, but my husband was not excited by staying in just a room in a historic house. After much research, I found the Armstrong Inn. The Carriage House was perfect for us. It is like a small apartment...with a...

Dear guests of the Carriage House, And the weather was on your side! Fall is beautiful all over the East Coast. In Savannah, the air changes from hot and sticky to fresh and crispy. Windows and doors reopen. After their annual seasonal sauna, Southern Belles are good to go to the fall quick off of neighborhoods’ parties, picnics in the...

We stayed at the B&B at the Armstrong Inn in mid September. What a great time we had. The Chatham suite was beautiful and so comfortable; it was like being at home except you had someone to take care of you for six days. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious. Oh and those beds were amazing. Bathrobes were...

Dear guests of the Chatham Suite, Indeed you blended very well with the locals. The beer parlor is a local historic pub where I have my own table, by the entrance, so I can zip in and out when I have a crave for their homemade sweet potatoes and onion rings fries. Chatham Suite is located on Chatham Square. The...

The staff was friendly and efficient, and everything was in perfect working order. Antique stores, restaurants, shopping, and historic sites were all within easy walking distance. The B&B truly surpassed my expectations and I...

We stayed at the Armstrong Inns, Chatham Square Garden Suite. My wife and I stayed here for the first time about ten years ago. We have also enjoyed other Armstrong Inn properties in other locations throughout the Historic Savannah area. They are all great, but the Garden Suite is our favorite if we have a sitter for the kids to...

We stayed at the Tattnall house in September and had a fantastic experience. The house is centrally located in Savannah’s historic district which provided easy access to first rate antique stores, historic houses and buildings and fantastic restaurants. Monique, the owner, is a super friendly/informative hostess and an excellent cook who treated us like family. We love historic houses and...

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! The Armstrong Inns in Savannah are a must stay if traveling to this beautiful city. Owned and operated by Monique and William Armstrong, the atmosphere they set make it immediately seem as though you're right at home. Dear guests of the Carriage House, You are exceptional guests yourselves for our type of B&B. Also, often, we host travelers with no prior experience of traditional B&B Inns which offer visitors a lovely experience in their charming stately historic homes. We stayed at the Carriage House, which was a one bedroom facility. The downstairs was a small kitchen and sitting room with the bedroom upstairs.
