The hotel was amazing, close to everything with many historical monuments. Car service was excellent, our valet Jaydn did a great job bringing our car fast and in a careful way! Best part of the trip for sure. The service is amazing won’t regret it.

I recently stayed here with my girlfriend and we had the most amazing time. We arrived at the mansion on Thursday Jan 5th, and was greeted by a wonderful, helpful, professional woman by the name of Cynthia (I called her Mrs. Cynthia). She made sure we were well accommodated and didn't need anything. The room was definitely one of the best I've ever stayed in, from the king size bed, to the deep soaking tub, the separate shower and toilet.... just everything was perfect. I want to also take the time to commend a few of the workers who made sure our stay was good. The valet drivers(AJ, Tony, and Story) they all went above and beyond helping us and taking care of us.... Tell AJ don't be running away with the BMW(he'll know what it means)🤣 ... The housekeepers all were pleasant, especially Ms. Geneva (sorry if it's spelled wrong)... She was so wonderful to talk to and telling us about Savannah... and the other front desk manager (I didn't catch her name, but she always had on disposable gloves) she was also very friendly. Needless to say, we enjoyed ourselves and definitely will be coming back and I hope all of them are still there when we return. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.. Throughout the day, I found myself in disbelief that we were having our wedding in such a stunning location at the exquisite Mansion on Forsyth Park. Every guest had wow moments every time they turned any corner. The hotel even employs some of the nicest people - front desk ladies are always smiling and even the valets go above and beyond. The catering team blew us away and guest are STILL commenting on how delicious the food was - I've heard numerous people say that that was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Everything was cooked perfectly and had incredible flavor. Also, the catering staff was extremely professional and super kind. And a special shout out to our bartenders - best Old Fashions in Savannah. Finally, this wedding wouldn't have been possible without our amazing venue coordinator, Mary Channaj. When I say fairy godmother, I absolutely mean it as she pulled out all the stops to make the day the most magical it could be. From helping us create a hot chocolate bar to setting up a private dinner during the reception for my Husband and I in the gallery to answering my hundreds of questions - she was easily the best part of the entire experience with the Mansion. Such a cheerful, positive, organized soul and every interaction was a joy with her. She served us our meals on our wedding night and that was such a delightful surprise. This woman is such an asset to the Mansion team and our day wouldn't have been as unforgettable without her hard work. Go stay at the Mansion for the weekend, make a reservation at their restaurant, or just stop in for a drink at their bar. Great people, a perfect setting, in a wonderful city. Thank you all. ⛲…

The front desk staff were rude not only to me but other guests while I was standing in line for 20 minutes waiting to checkout. $160 fee for pets is ridiculous. Savannah is beautiful but hotel staff was ugly. Won’t be staying here again. What a joke

My office team stayed here and had a dinner together. Everyone enjoyed it. The service was phenomenal and the hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are very spacious and the soaking tub was the perfect place to relax.
