The Inn is very well maintained with preservation of the historic décor and architecture. We stayed in "Charlie's room". High ceilings and giant windows. Original wide planked wood floors and a nice bathroom. It was a lovely stay. "Charlie the ghost must've visited", is what we were told when we said that the electricity in the bathroom was quirky.. while...

Comfortable B&B (really a small hotel) on Bay Street in the heart of old Savannah. We were warmly welcomed, they had doggy treats for our two terriers, room was comfy (though bath could be updated a bit). A good value, and a great place to base your stay if sightseeing, or just taking a break from I-95 like us.

We only stayed one night in Savannah before heading out to stay with family on Tybee Island. The hotel and service was great, the room was spacious. We had a garden room with a little ground floor table and chairs outside. It was really dirty outside; leaves all over the place and even dog poop from a previous guest. Despite...

We stayed at this hotel based on reviews here. The room was large with a king sized bed, small seating area with a couch, coffee table and two chairs. The room was clean. The issue was the noise level. We were on the street side and could here the traffic. Additionally, the hotel is old and the people staying on the...

Just spent our fourth Thanksgiving (in the last five years) at the East Bay Inn. As before, we had a wonderful holiday getaway in Savannah at the East Bay Inn. We love everything about the East Bay Inn--the wonderful folks who represent southern hospitality at its best; the delicious breakfast...who doesn't love homemade biscuits; the wine and cheese each evening;...

We enjoyed the ole style room and the bed was very comfy. The staff was nice and the continental breakfast was very good. It was pet friendly and there was a lot of privacy with no other doggie disturbances. The only downfall was there was no where to take our dogs for a quick bathroom break. You had to cross...

We stayed in the larger king room, with the intent that our 6 year old would camp out in her sleeping bag on the couch (seriously her favorite thing ever). Everything about our stay and our room was perfect. We had a window overlooking Bay st and the hotel is one street up from River Street and one block away...

We decided to stop for one night on our way to FL for Thanksgiving and searched Savannah for a pet friendly place to stay. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience at East Bay Inn. Just a block from the riverfront, this Inn gave us everything that we were looking for, a friendly welcome when we arrived, a...

We stayed at East Bay Inn for our honeymoon and it was the icing on the cake! This was our first time to Savannah and the staff made us feel right at home! Everyone was so warm and friendly and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. The breakfast every morning was great (especially the biscuits!) Julie,...
