The hotel is about 15+ miles away from the hotel, but they do not have a shuttle. You will need a taxi, "limo service" or a rental car. If you are staying in the historic district and that is your focus and you are able to walk up 6-10 blocks you won't need a car. The historic district is much better appreciated by walking though it.
