Jane and Rocky were great host in the city of Savahanna. Breakfast, wine hour with snacks, and the company was relaxing and enjoyable. Their home is within walking distance of everything in the historic districe. You will still need good walking shoes. THey were very helpful in telling us what we needed to do during our short stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Amethyst Inn at Sarah's Garden. Rocky and Jane are fabulous and made our stay a memorable one. They were very warm and welcoming and made you feel like the Inn was your home. Jane did a wonderful job preparing breakfast in the mornings. The social hour was a great way to learn...

Saint Patrick's Day Week - our reservations at a well rated B&B fell through and Jane and Rocky made room for us at 10:00pm at night on the busiest weekend of the year. We had a wonderful stay - great location - walking distance to all the best attractions, easy parking. We stayed in the Geranium Suite, which was two...

MY husband and I stayed here with our one year old son and we loved it! The owners Jane and Rocky are wonderful people and they really do care about thier guest! I normally wouldn't have spent $200 on a room (thats with a return guest discount) but we knew it was well worth it when we opened the door...

My husband and I stayed at the inn for a long Valentine's Day weekend. I had stayed previously (nearly 10 years ago!) and I am happy to say that Jane and Rocky are as fabulous as ever. The rooms are beautiful, the food is lovely and the company cannot be beat. Make sure you always make the afternoon cocktail hour...

My daughter and I took a spontaneous vacation to Savannah and happened on a wonderful Bed and Breakfast: the Amethyst Inn. The owners Jane and Rocky were so nice and helpful. They are a true example of Savannah hospitality. We will always stay at the Amethyst in the future. It will be like visiting family.

The Inn was beautiful, we stayed in the Lantana Room, had our own private bath and T.V. We had a wonderful homemade breakfast each morning, snacks, juice and homemade candies in the afternoon and very good company to share them with. The owners were very helpful with local information about places to see and they also live on site which...

This was my second time in Savannah and we opted to stay at a B&B. We had great expectations of a B&B to stay at and the Amethyst Inn exceed our expectations by far. The Inn is absolutely beautiful and has lots of history! Jane and Rocky are amazing and welcome everyone into their Inn like they are family. When...

Charming Victorian house, well located. Note: very steep steps to enter. Particularly liked the way Rockey and Jane welcomed us and encourage camaraderie with all the guest: at the wine and dips and at breakfast. They got us into the best restaurant (17hundred90 House) and the best table (near the fireplace). .

There are times in life when events and circumstances appear to conspire against us; this past Valentine's Day was just such an occasion. My wife and I have been married for 24 years and had been intent on celebrating our 24th together in a nice weekend alone. Unfortunately in January her father fell ill requiring her to travel to SC...
