Love this place. It is so much fun for my wife, teenage children and me. Really a special place worth visiting, especially the shooting academy which is a unique opportunity to learn how to shoot sporting clays. Their casino will be opening soon which should be fun as well.

We visited the spa for some of their special treatments. It is a beautiful place with many options. Prices are VERY EXPENSIVE. Similar spas that we have been to are a lot more reasonable. There was a great stretching class with John. All of us enjoyed it, and they did not charge extra since we were already paying a lot...

Easy drive from DC. Stayed for a weekend and was not impressed. Tavern food was mediocre. Service at Autumn was slow and food was below average. Spa treatments were excellent but spa facilities and waiting areas were not very welcoming. Elements Cafe was billed as a great lunch spot in the spa but it's just a counter in the middle...

By getting added to their email list I was alerted to a very special rate in January 2013 and it happened to be at a time I could make it! I usually prefer to self-park but the very helpful young man who greeted me at the Chateau showed me where the garage was (a short walk away) and with the...

We just returned from a nice spring break. Despite the weather being unseasonably cold and this being "off season" at the resort, we enjoyed our stay. To start, we had great assistance from a customer service rep in laying out an itinerary that fit our children's ages (6 and 10) and interests. In 3 days, we did target paintball, went...

Food, shuttle service, skeet shooting, bowling, ATV driving, gym for kids and paintball (not target practice but the actual activity) were excellent. Housekeeping was great but bathrooms need re-grouting. Class, workout equipment and reflexology at spa great. Manicures/pedicures way overpriced. They need a basketball court.

This was our first trip to Nemacolin and were excited to get away for Easter weekend based on suggestions from friends. Upon arrival, the Chateau building greeted us and the service upon entry was top notch. When we arrived at our room, the room was very spacious (double queen-suite) and at first glance was very nice. Unfortunately, as you look...

I have made early spring visits to nemacolin nearly every year since 1999 and I love it! Sure, it's quirky but that's part of the charm. You will never run out of things to do there but if you go for relaxation (which is my goal) it is wonderful! And if anyone knows of a better spot to relax only...

There are lot of things to do both for adults as well as kids and still the resort doesn't feel crowded ..It feels like a relaxing vacation all for urself.Kids enjoyed the complimentary spa wil haristyling, manicure, facial and massage. They had a good day care too. The indoor pool was kind of OK as there were no showers. But...

We stayed for a few nights over Easter break and had a wonderful time. We stayed in the Lodge, which we found to be very comfortable. Our room was very spacious and the bathrooms are huge - much nicer than the average hotel bathroom where you can barely turn around if the door is open. The hotel was very quiet...
