From the minute you get out of your car the staff is very friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond. Everyone remembered our names and couldn't do enough to make sure we had things to do and great places to eat at. We remember their names; Joe, Jennifer, Ken and Jesse you all are awesome people and will be back...

Convenient to a reunion we were attending; convenient to the Inner Harbor; close to Phillips; nearby USS Torsk. What could have been better? The attitude of the young women at the front desk, for example. The two of them need some remedial training in "How to Greet the Publick". On the other hand, Keith (valet parking) and Joe (bellman) were...

Perfect weekend getaway. Room was spectacular. What a great view of the harbor. Service was excellent. Staff was friendly. Walk directly to the inner harbor on pedestrian bridge from hotel. Right in the middle of everything. Took the water taxi that was right across the street to locations all around the harbor.

The Atlantic Dermatology convention met here and Hyatt was very reasonable and comfortable place to be in spite of the large crowd I would stay here again, even without a business meeting to attend. It was clean and well appointed. It seems to have been recently refurbished

This was a nice hotel. The staff at check in were friendly. We self parked for $30 a day which was about the going rate. We stayed in room 821 which was an oddly shaped room with a long hallway leading to the bed area. The best part was that the whole room was windows. It was so pretty opening...
