Room, breakfast, location, overall setting, I could not find anything positive about this hotel. The hotel is obviously short handed, the full serviced restaurant had only 2 service people during breakfast time. The food itself is very bad.The room are very old.

I came to Baltimore to catch an Orioles game on a Saturday night. Here's the good news about the hotel: o FRONT DESK SERVICE was friendly and not too slow. I was initially discouraged by the long check-in line, which extended more than halfway down the long narrow lobby. But I went from last-in-line to checkout in 11 minutes (yes,...

Good location, easy parking, friendly service, clean room, good rate. Pretty much just what we needed when we were in town for a conference. We could easily walk to the conference center and restaurants. Probably the best part was the coffee bar downstairs. It saved us from waiting in the 45 minute starbucks line at the conference center.

The admission desk was realy very fast checking me in and also generously provided me a very early check in which was extremely helpful for me arriving after by a redeye flight from west coast. The hotel is clean, well located close to the inner harbor and light rail.

An older hotel that could use a little updating, but I enjoyed our stay immensely. Parking was easy, and it's convenient to the Inner Harbor. We were on the 7th floor facing the fire house. That's a busy place during the afternoons. They would go out on calls three or four times an afternoon. But it was quieter at night....

Heading home from vacation in VA, we stopped at this hotel since I am an IHG member and was able to make an immediate reservation using points. That in itself was a nice experience - as I literally called, made my reservation an hour before arriving, and walked in to be checked in within 5 minutes! The hotel has a...

My wife booked this room for Fathers Day to see an Orioles game. At check in they offered us a king bed instead of two queens. My wife declined. In the time it took us to get to the second floor and discover our room had a view of the next buildings roof. She called back down to the desk....

Dear Neal S, Thank you for posting a candid feedback from your recent stay with us. I was concerned to see that you were not impressed with our property particularly with the room you were allocated, the lack of working ice machines, and the overall cleanliness and condition of the bathroom among the others. I would like to apologize for...

I booked the hotel from june 23-26. The front desk was welcoming as I arrived to the hotel. As I arrived, I charged the room with my credit card and the front desk clerk said I was good to go. I went to the nata convention to register and did some volunteer hours in which I signed up for. A...

We traveled to Baltimore to catch a few Red Sox games at Camden Yards, and this hotel was just two blocks from the ball park. I had read reviews about this place that said you could see the park from the hotel, but it's just a bit too far for that. (Maybe from the very top floor ...) I had...
