The room was okay, very outdated, especially the bathroom, but okay for one night with the exception of no working remote control. After 5-6 attempts to try and received a working remote control, the front desk clerk gave up and I was left with standing at the television to

Clean rooms and friendly helpful staff at the front desk. I would suggest you ask not to stay in the west wing. You have to make a short walk outside to enter the main building that houses the lobby, pool/sauna, & restaurant if you do stay in the west wing. Parking is easy &

We arrived on a Friday evening and the check in process was a breeze. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful and the lobby appeared clean and updated. That is where the good points about this hotel stop. We took the elevator to our room and were not excited to see the

Spent the night here on Christmas and my room had no heat or hot water. Also tons of food and drink plates left in the hallway near the service elevators that could attract rodents. Now I will bring in the new year with a couch and sickness.

nice room and service people. Only complaint is fire station across the street heard in the middle of the night. Get a room on other side. parking fee was extra: 30$ for a day … you can take car in and out, but have to give ticket to front desk.

is there free parking
I flew into BWI and took a cab. $45 from airport to hotel. There is a parking lot between the Holiday Inn and Marriott, adjacent to Holiday. Wish I had a better answer, but all meetings/attractions within easy walking distance. Ask for "The Dorothy" if you end up in the Inner-Harbor bar. Don't drive!
