This place should be avoided at all costs. The staff is very rude and seems annoyed when you ask the simplest question. The main lobby smells and the public bathroom has no toilet paper and no paper towels yet ( 24 hours ) so far. Our room has a broken cable TV cord and not very clean. Waited until 4...

The hotel itself is an old building but has been updated. The TV had a very fuzzy picture but fair selection of channels. Free wifi mean I could just use my laptop. I was here for a conference and this was a cheaper option yet close to the meeting down by the harbor. Not a lot of extras but perfect...

I do understand that you get what you pay for but still paying $125 a night should be a decent hotel. The continental breakfast was good and just what you needed to start the day. The lobby and hallway on the 7th floor had the dirty carpet smell that should be addressed right away!!! The room was very clean and...

Nice Room - breakfast was okay. 'They have coffee and tea out all day. A whole foods like store is close to the location. Convention Center is 1/2 mile away and the Basilica is 4 blocks away. A lot of homeless in the area.

ThIs is a must visit place if you are in the Baltimore area. The Inner Harbor is the center of entertainment in the city. It is a great place to stroll about on a nice day but there are plenty of things to do there if the weather does not cooperate. There is a nice pond where you can rent...

Prices for hotels near the Inner Harbor are high. If you want to save $50 to $300 per night for a hotel near the Inner Harbor you might pick this place. It is only about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the inner harbor, and it is a lot cheaper than the name brand hotels closer to the harbor....

I liked the location -- just 3 blocks north of the Baltimore Convention Center. The price was right -- much cheaper than corporate hotels. Free hot breakfast, quiet place to relax, and very convenient to the Inner Harbor attractions.

Booked through Expedia. Please take this hotel off your website!!!... Evidently this hotel was formerly a Quality Inn. I'm not sure who the new owners are. Location: In the ghetto. Upon arriving, the lobby is smelly and ancient and the front desk is highly disorganized. We waited for quite some time. The 'side' entrance door was completely broken and blocked...

Desk office employee don't talk to each other, wake up calls aren't being done, I had no room service (cleaning) for a four-night, breakfast served in a vietnamese restaurant... And when I missed a day at work because of this "no wake-up calls hotel", I've tried to meet the manager... No website, no mail, manager is in the office from...

I stayed here b/c I was in town for a concert at Royal Farms Arena. It was very close walking distance to the arena but also to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. Very convenient place to stay. The hotel is nothing great, but nothing bad either. You can tell they are trying to make it more modern with the...
