What a ridiculous response from management 8 months after the theft. Numerous motel staff was on hand when we reported the theft and were also there when we filed our report with the police. How much do you really care to have waited this long to respond to our emotional experience (stolen engagement ring, another ring and necklace given as gifts). Think about it, how did someone get into the room and steal the jewelry without any sign of a break-in. An increase in on site security is only a start of what is needed at this motel. Again , what a horrible and extremely delayed response. Also, we did leave our phone number with the front desk requesting that management get in touch with us which they never did.
This is a fake review by owners. Stop lying. Your hotel is full of bed bugs and cockroaches. Extremely hostile married couple who own / manage this location. Look at the genuine reviews. Not just the reviews that only have done 1 review total and no history with Trip Advisor. Shame, Shame, Shame on you.
I agree 100%. Others must be warned. They have fake people trying to post excellent reviews in order to compensate for their pathetic hotel and staff. Here is my review I have tried to get posted. It always ends up getting removed at some point. So, I try and try again. The husband threatened to call the police because I was in an argument with his extremely hostile wife. Insanity! “Stay away at all costs. Bed bug city. Owners are husband / wife team who are the rudist people on earth.” 1 of 5 stars Pending review Filth everywhere, rude owners to the extreme, and visible bed bugs just to name a few complaints. Please stay anywhere else but here.Bed sheets didn't fit and you could see how disgusting the mattresses were underneath. Very low pressure water. Wife is also housecleaner and will scream at you if you are not out BEFORE check out time. Stale cereal for breakfast. Nightmare!!
The facts are evident. This hotel has gotten bad in a very short time. I won't stay there ever again.

Hello, I have stayed at this nightmare of a hotel and nothing you say rings true. I believe your review is fake. These people (husband and wife Indian owners) are hateful, rude, and bigots. Rooms filthy. Worst stay of any hotel in my life. What about the bedbugs? Did you not wake up scratching with red welts? I am a nice person and write honest reviews. I would hope you also write honest reviews, but I am very doubtful. If you wrote an honest review, the only thing I can imagine is that they have new owners since Jan of this year.
I agree that this hotel isa nightmare. I did not experience bedbugs but I would not send my worst enemy to this hotel. That is what my review said. If what was posted did not say this then it was modified

I do not believe your review. You are a fraudster. They don't even have comforters so your review is definitely a paid review or from family / friends of the owners. Worst experience in my entire life. All of the other reviews dispute yours as being truthful. Shame on you.
Agree 100%. These people are evil to the core. Bed bugs, roaches, physically hostile wife / owner w/ husband. Overcharge and threaten to call police if 1 minute late check out. Worst hotel in the USA!!
