I would drive back here just for the scones and the smell of pinoin pine! Absolutely one of the most beautiful places we visited. Super friendly people. The view spectacular! Near Inscription Rock -a must see for history buffs. -

Ours did have indoor plumbing. I assume they all did but can't say for sure. There appeared to be some outside accessible showers etc. for the campers.
