We stayed at the Raphael Inn for two nights while sightseeing in Gettysburg. Alex and George are charming hosts! They were very welcoming and helpful. The Raphael Inn is a convenient wal to downtown.. All in all, a great place to stay!

Excellent B&B with very helpful proprietors. Well located. Excellent contacts for guided tours. Located slightly out of the centre of town, it is nevertheless easy to drive in to find places to eat. Approximately 10 minutes from Gettysburg visitors centre.

My wife and I were visiting Gettysburg with another mature couple over an extended weekend to visit the battlefield, etc. We wanted a small B&B with charm which was away from noisy tourist crowds, but not too far away. The Raphael Inn met our needs admirably. With just three guest rooms, the Raphael allowed plenty of personal attention from the...

Lovely owners, very friendly & welcoming! The house is cute, all the amenities (TV, AC, WiFi) and very close to town yet not a noisy/busy street. It's within easy walking distance to historic sites and if you're a big walker you can walk out to the battlefields. Wonderful stay I hope to come back again soon!!

Both Alexandra and George went over and above to ensure our stay was relaxed and memorable. Boy, was it! Feel we have made new friends from afar. Their dogs Olive and Heidi were the icing on the cake. The breakfasts were so beautiful and delicious! They are truly living their passion and I plan on visiting again! Thanks so much!
