We stayed for an overnight at the Rittenhouse Hotel. We had a deluxe city-view room. It was very large, with a sitting area, and beautifully furnished. The carpeting and room decor was old-world and in mint condition. Bed linens and towels were glorious. The bathroom was large (especially for a city hotel) and seemed newly redone with separate shower and...

We are very proud of Lacroix, our award winning restaurant led by Chef Jon Cichon and Director of Outlets Sylvain Briens. We treat it as a free standing restaurant within the hotel and it certainly stands on it's own in terms of quality and service. Thank you for your kind words in letting others know about us. We hope to...

Stayed here mostly because of the location. And, it does have that! Everything is very accessible to this place. Shopping, eating and 5 different coffee places within 3 blocks!! The front door men were actually the highlight for me! Joe had some great ideas of where to go and he was just friendly and pleasant! Thanks Joe! The hotel itself...

I am truly sorry that the remodel of our spa, salon and health club affected your stay. Happily, this work is nearing completion and later this summer we will boast entirely new facilities on all fronts. Generally, the disruption has been isolated to the third floor itself and in the final phase of work we will take great care to...

Anytime I travel to Philadelphia, my top #1 choice of places to stay is the Rittenhouse Hotel. The location is great, the rooms are huge and spotless, the lobby and common areas are immaculate and modern and the staff is six-sigma customer oriented and friendly. The lounge is well managed as well with service that is hard to rival. If...

The Rittenhouse Hotel is one of the absolute best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at.... from the service, rooms, and e mediates, to one of the fastest internet connections in a hotel I have come across in my travels. In the heart of Philadelphia on the square, this residence/hotel has lovely rooms and views of Philadelphia/Rittenhouse Square. We stayed there when our children gave us an overnight weekend gift for our anniversary in November. We used it during the holidays as we had a party just across the park and it was very convenient. It is a graciously appointed...

Luxury Hotels worldwide are considered such since they know more about service excellence as the start and finish of a good experience than any other item.
