The manager upgraded us to the apartment for easier access for my mother and it was amazing. Beautifully furnished and full kitchen, two bathrooms, very clean.
We had some issues with our car being towed and he helped us tremendously. Very happy with our stay.
I wish I had read more detail and looked at pictures because it is that bad. I figured we could deal for the location. My family stayed in the off site apartment.

Not sure, I was 21 at the time and had to provide photo id when signing in. If you can afford it I really would go else where. Bugs in the beds and ants on the floors both literally not metaphorically.
