As we rented our own vehicle from the airport i cannot answer your question. We di have a good experience at the hotel though. The lady at the front desk gave us exact instructions on how to ride the trsin to get downtown to see liberty bell and Reading Market. Which is a must to see. We had no problem very easy.

I was told by the hotel to call the shuttle company after I picked up my luggage, and they gave me the number to call. When I called, the shuttle driver asked me which terminal I was at, and I didn't know, but I could see the sign said "C", and the Marriott hotel was across the street from the area I was standing with my luggage, and then the driver knew where I was, and he said he would be there in about 20 mins., which he was.
