This was one of the filthiest place I have ever been to (Check pictures). We had to take a flight early at Philly airport so booked the flight in hurry. I wish I would have read the reviews. It is filthy. The hallways carpet is so dirty and had trash on it. The room and hallways had terrible smell. Rooms pictures on the website are so misleading. It is worst then motel. Yuck. We couldn’t wait to get out of it. Such a worthless place.
I had an early flight out of Philly, so I decided to stay close to the airport for a low price. This place was disgusting. Old bathrooms, mattress needed upgrading. The hallways were dirty. They advertised a "HOT" breakfast. The only HOT thing besides coffee was the hot water so you could make oatmeal. I can't believe Wyndham puts their place.I wouldn't bring my pet in this place.
We were staying for four hours to catch a bit of sleep before our airplane. If it had be ANY more we would have left. We have traveled throughout the world and never stayed anywhere so dirty. It would have been better to sleep in the chairs at the airport. There is definitely a reason this hotel is a bit less expensive than other airport hotels.
Believe the reviews that talk about the smell of pot and dirty hallways. If you take the time to look through my years of reviews, you will see that I haven't written many 1-bubble reviews and that for hotels if it's clean and I feel safe I'll give it a middling or higher review. My bedding and towels were clean (thank goodness), but the carpet in my room was not (I made sure to keep my slip-on shoes on) and the hallways were not, either. My body stayed on alert mode most of the night, long after the noise of people out front and in the hallways and the smell of pot died down (in other words, I didn't feel safe, but I didn't feel so unsafe that I left--I did see at least two couples ask for refunds to leave). The shuttle when I arrived in the evening was unbelievably difficult to get to me and as others have said, the evening check-in clerk isn't friendly. The morning staff were better. I had to leave at 5AM, so no breakfast, but would I really have wanted to eat there?…
Rude staff at night and during shift change. Dirty, looks old and needs renovations on. The rooms, bathrooms and hallways. Worst customer service have ever experience in a hotel with these 2 staff at the time of my check in. They are very disrespectful and the rooms were awful and dirty. They give me smoking room despite telling them that i need non smoking room. I have kids and the bathroom has a lot of molds and mildew, linens looks old and dirty and had cigarette burns.
Beware of racing outside the window. The highway becomes a racetrack after dark into the wee hours of the morning. Front desk was no help. very old building and shower was moldy. Broken tiles on floor of bathroom and dusty vents. If I had it had my Lysol, I would have screamed.
Completely unsanitary. I was greeted by a great hotel shuttle driver who was fun to talk to, helpful and polite. Having a shuttle was also positive for me starting off. Once I entered the residence, however, it is a different story. You immediately get a sense of how dingy and outdated it is. After a long wait to check-in, they informed me it would cost $29 extra to check in early. I paid and walked down a hallway with stains and crumbs all about. When I walked into my hotel room, it became apparent that they had not cleaned between services. The comforter had two large stains and a gaping rip. I immediately came back and requested all new bedding which they halfway gave me. They replaced my sheets, but gave me a thin yellow blanket instead of a comforter. When I came back into the room, I started noticing more - a big spider in the bathroom, crumbs all around the tabletop that had not been vacuumed. I was annoyed, but needed to rush out soon for work, so I didn't bother with complaining. When I came back that night and took my shoes off, it was noticeable immediately how grimy the floors were. I ended up having to wear socks or shoes while walking around but taking them off when I got in the bed. The next day I worked all day, so didn't bother with it again. The next day at checkout I walked up to another shuttle driver and knocked on the window so I could head back to the airport. The man glared at me, got out, opened the back trunk. He didn't say hello, didn't offer to put my bags in, said nothing on the drive there and nothing when I was leaving. I should have said more during my stay, but had too much on my plate to deal with it. They are refusing to do even a partial refund, so it is what it is at this point. I don't recommend this place as the only positive was the first shuttle driver who picked me up. Props to him.…
guest services was good on check-in and check-out. the Bathroom had mold in the shower area and did not use it on my stay. The furniture is dated. The carpet is worn in hallways and faded need replacement.
The only thing I can say that is positive is that it was clean in the room, the hallway carpet looked like it had never been cleaned ever and it smelled of marijuana. The pictures are misleading. The front desk clerk act like you were bothering him when checking in. For a Wyndham franchise, this felt like a cheap motel where truckers go to rest. I was only there due to a flight layover. This motel is cheap for a reason. I wouldn't recommend this place for longer than a day.
Desk staff seemed irritated and not hospitable. Hotel had a strong chemical smell throughout. Breakfast was a joke with only a couple carb options. Coffee was not drinkable. Breakfast ended too early. Would not stay there again.
