Wonderful hotel! Due to flight delays, we didn't check in until nearly midnight. The night manager (Chris) was great at check in. The room was amazing. We had a fantastic view of Logan Square. I was concerned about the elevators after reading other reviews. It wasn't a problem for us. As Honors members, we received a bag with free snacks...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We have stayed at quite a few Embassy Suites and I have to say the staff here has the best customer service I have seen in any of the properties. The property recently went through a renovation and our suite looked amazing. We were in town for a Volleyball tournament at the Convention Center and it was a very easy...

I was at a charity event on this side of town and wanted a hotel I could walk to that also had a standard room to use a Hilton Honors award. Given the upcoming NFL Draft (and other events), rooms were at a premium downtown, so this ended up being the logical option. I had read mixed reviews of this...

We were in town for one night & glad we picked Embassy City Center. Friendly staff, clean large room and a sensational view from the 22nd floor. Two hour reception every evening that was family friendly and even patio seating. Packed with happy people enjoying free cocktails & great snacks. My children were offered Shorey Temples. Just perfect. Our room...

We stayed 1 night in an upgraded king suite with my family of 4. All in all it was okay- I would stay there again, based on location, but not plan to eat in the hotel at all. Pros: Nicely renovated room (comfy bed, nice furniture!) HUGE televisions beautiful view from the balcony. We stayed in 2708, it had great...

No free parking only by valet at $50 per day or. Go around the corner to Winsor to park a lot cheaper. A lot...

Beautiful newly renovated hotel, my only suggestion would be area rugs in the living/sofa section, as the wood/laminate floor was noisy above us! Our family had 2 rooms and the living room area and table and chairs fit everyone nicely!

The building already shows wear and tear. Numerous but small elevators. The free breakfast is over to the adjacent TGIF Restaurant. The kitchen is a table with two frying pans on a portable table grill. I feel bad for the Chefs who were cooking for guests who orders 2-5 omelets at a time! I'm a guest, I don't think it's...

Checked in around 10 pm. The front desk staff was slightly rude. Got up to our suite which was clean and nice. Room service hours ended at 11 pm so we called at 10:30. We were put on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up. Called back. Put on hold again for another 8 minutes by now it is 10:48. It...

At first they have faulty phones which would redirect your phone lines to different departments. If you are lucky then you might get hold of room service attendent who would listen and address your request. You will find cockroaches and pests in room, bathroom and on breakfast tables.
