The hotel is perfectly located in Center City Philadelphia, close to most attractions and transportation. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff could not be nicer. The breakfast buffet was decent. My only complaint is that compared to other Residence Inns we have stayed out, the rooms are small and the kitchen was poorly equipped. Silly things...

I was happy that I chose this hotel based on the reviews. We spent two nights as a family at the hotel in July 2016 and did have a good time. We did not have a car and used public transportation, which was very convenient thanks to the location of the hotel. Breakfast and gym were good, hotel room was...

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are small, but location is great! Right across from City Hall. Parking is very high at $53 a day! The staff is incredibly helpful. There is a 7/11, Dunkin Donuts, and Subway right next door to the hotel.

The view was excellent and it was centrally located. The staff was very friendly. The part I hate is being forced to pay for valet parking. There is no other option if you have a car. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean. The buffet was adequately stocked.

The staff at the hotel was so friendly. Every encounter we had was exceptionally pleasant. The staff went out of their way to help us and seemed to sincerely want us to be happy. This was true even at the buffet, where the staff offered helpful advice about Philadelphia. The quality of the food was much better than other hotels...

This hotel was always our first choice when visiting our daughter for one of her college games, visits or graduation. It is modern, neat and clean, and the staff very helpful and always accommodating. Inclusive breakfast also helps when on the run. Our recommendation is to book early as this is a popular location for visiting families and for business....

We did a college tour trip and stay at a lot of Marriott properties, this was for sure the worst of them. The place is dated and the street is very loud. I have no idea what kept passing by, but this was not a quiet experience. The buffet was horrible. The eggs were your typical powder type. The sausage...

Dear Locococomama, I would like to apologize that you did not have the best experience at our hotel. The traffic can get noisy because of our central location, but I am surprised that you did not enjoy our breakfast. We have one of the best free breakfast in the area and usually we receive great comments about it. I will...

I was a guest at Residence Inn Philadelphia Center City with my wife and daughter when we took advantage of a stop over in PHL to visit the city. Overall we were very satisfied: great rooms, unbeatable location and excellent breakfast! Would certainly recommend to anyone!

Perfect for business travelers or other people staying longer stints in philly. Right next to city hall and I have a great view of it from my room. The front desk was very friendly and introduced themselves as I explained I'd be staying often for business. The breakfast area staff is friendly as well and helpful. Breakfast is on the...
