Overall the hotel was OK. Definitely not at the level of a Marriott, but if you ar visiting Temple you cannot beat the location, I wish the city would do something to improve safety, because the neighborhood is not safe to walk, which is a real pity. The room is spacious, however, I found out that the bed sheets were...

Rooms are spacious and clean - if a little dated. The staff were all very obliging helping with restaurant recommendations and taxi bookings. Since it is in the uni there are lots of students around in semester and a range of food choices available within the university itself. The Inn is close to the tube station and a variety of...

Stayed at this lovely hotel while visiting Temple and Philly. Easy to find from the train and also close to the subway. Rooms are large and comfortable. A little noisy. No breakfast, but tea and coffee available all day.

We stayed at Conwell Inn while visiting our daughter who is a student at Temple. Since I had checked a map beforehand we had no trouble locating the entrance to the alley where the parking is located. Definitely worth the $15 to park. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a king suite with a small...

My friends & I visited the Conwell Inn for a Bachelorette weekend. We booked three rooms and all of them were clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our bride felt like a queen. Thank you Conwell Inn. Can't wait to book our next girls weekend.

We stayed here during the summer and we were very welcomed by the friendly staff. Its inside Temple Uni. so it gave me a sense of security. To be frank though.. it was kind of expensive for the standard room, we payed 143 dollars for the room for a night. There was a yellow stain on the bed and hair...

I stayed here to drop my daughter off at Temple University after winter break. The hotel is located on campus. Even being familiar with the campus, it was difficult to locate the driveway to the hotel's parking lot. The street is tiny and, if making a left turn from Broad Street, there is no left turn lane. Broad Street is...

Greetings! Thank you for staying with us - we love our Temple families! I'm sorry that you had trouble finding our parking! We are nestled in the heart of Temple's campus, which makes us a bit hard to navigate us, but there are fully detailed maps and directions on our website. As a commonly used entrance to the University for...

Great for visiting Temple University, but in need of renovation or at least of good overall cleaning. The pervading odor of air fresheners in the room is always a bad sign, and the impression did not get better when looking at the carpets, the upholstery, edges of ceramic tiling in the bathroom, etc. The rooms are very spacious, though, and...

Greetings, and thanks for your review! I'm sorry you felt there was an aroma of air fresheners, but we actually don't use any. We use eco-friendly, green cleaning products, which might have been what you noticed. Our carpets are just over a year old, but I have to agree with you on the upholstery. As busy as we are, it's...

I've never been to Philly before and was coming for a concert so I wanted something relatively close. Driving into the area, I was a bit skeptical but when we arrived I was more assured. It's right on a college campus, we were able to park right next to the building and I felt a lot safer with the safety...

Greetings, First off, I'm glad we were able to be a part of your first trip to Philadelphia! We love our location right in the heart of campus, and while we never need them, it's great to have Temple University's police hub right next door! Thank you for all the kind words - for our staff, our amenities, our rooms...

Visited the hotel for a weekend. My daughter is at Temple so I wanted convenience. We ended up with convenience, charm and excellent customer service. It may seem like a small kindness, but we were unfamiliar with Pennsylvania laws regarding the purchase of wine. The manager of the hotel, Miranda, immediately found a bottle of red wine in the office...

Greetings Christine, WE LOVE OUR TEMPLE FAMILIES! There's no better place to stay at Temple University, and I'd actually say of all colleges with hotels in the U.S., we REALLY lucked out with our location! We love being in the heart of campus, and I'm thrilled we could come through for you with much more than convenience. I've been wondering...
