Great location right next to subway, main market, restaurants, main market street and sites. Very quiet dorm room even though there were 16 beds. Great kitchen and chilling area, great atmosphere with super friendly staff. Bags of movies to watch in the social area. There were organised events, e.g. free beer night and free pasta night. Wifi was available everywhere...

Traveling the States by myself, I was extremely keen to stay in places that made me feel safe and welcome. Apple Hostels did just that. The staff were absolutely lovely, the place was extremely well decorated, very safe and in a great location. I really could not have asked for more.

Very sociable hostel, with one main relaxing area, meaning that meeting people is easy, especially for the solo traveler. The kitchen is very large and the bedrooms are what you would expect. The hostel staff are great, and offer a couple of walking tours and a crate of free beers once a week. Downsides: showers aren't private and it IS...

My first time to be in a dorm and a huge one! Well it says it is just 16 bed but it looks like 20 bunk beds to me. Despite that, the room was surprisingly not stuffy (but it could be because I chose the top bunk near the exit door). Am fairly lucky to have no issue whatsover with...

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst travelling around. Place is lovely lots of communal things to do and great way to meet others travelling, they also have 1 activity a day which is good! Staff are really friendly too! Rooms are as you would expect for a hostel, but it is just one big room (that is for the code...

18 people to a room, but surprisingly we felt most safe here rather than 2 of us in a 4 bed. Showers are clean though breakfast options are limited to cereal. Good use of kitchen and fridges etc. good location and the bar crawl was great fun! Would recommend. But be prepared for the hugeeee rooms.

Apple Hostel was an excellent place to stay in Philadelphia. It was centrally located, easily accessible from the main train station, and had friendly and helpful staff. The Ghost Tour was particularly good: an excellent blend of sight-seeing and not-too-meandering stories. Although the dorm room was very large, all of the guests were considerate. There was no outside noise, and...

It was great staying in the Apple Hostel for the first time in my life. The best part is it is located in the center of the city and has easy access to public transportation. I found it clean and peaceful. It would be unfair if I don't mention Bradley's name the front desk staff who had made my stay...
