Staff is always extremely helpful, guest rewards rocks! Complimentary coffee delivered at your time specified each morning as part of guest rewards. Comfy beds, roomy baths, quiet rooms and a great central location! Spa services are nice and reasonable.

The location is terrific for the historic sites and central shopping. The manager and staff were at all times friendly and went out of their way to help us. The place is comfortable, quiet, and clean. \We plan to return next time we go to Philadelphia.

We stayed at the Omni Independence Park as an alternative to our convention hotel. This was a bit of an inconvenience, but as loyal Omni guest I thought would be an overall better choice. The room was lovely, the morning beverage great as always, and the valet service charming. However, having stayed at the hotel before, on check in I...

Every staff person who greeted us as we arrived couldn't have been nicer. From the valet parker to the front desk person who cheered us up after a long ride. As we passed the concierge he made an excellent suggestion. We cam back to him later in the evening and he suggested an excellent destination for appetizers and drinks. Later...

I only stayed one night but I got a good night rest. I was unable to dine there but I would try their room service...

I have stayed at this hotel several times but it always appears that they do not have enough staff to handle the volume. It should not take 50 minutes to get your car from valet. Otherwise it is a very good value for the price. and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I stayed here with my wife during a 4 day pass before I deployed, back in Late March. The service was amazing, bar was great and the room was very comfortable. Room Service was the fastest I have ever seen. It made a bitter seperation enjoyable. Will positively stay here again if I ever find myself in Philly.
