We had a wonderful view from our room. I loved that we were within walking distance to a lot of the things we wanted to see and do. The kids had a great time in the pool on the roof - a new one for us. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Check in was nice and...

Dear April, Thank you for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I'm guessing that you were here sometime in the summer based on your comments regarding the swimming pool. We typically close the pool after labor day so that makes me think you were here several months ago. Regardless, thank you for the review and we look forward...

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have hoped it to be and restaurant was over-priced, service was very slow (we were the second table there- not busy), and food was disappointing.

Dear Trip Advisor Guest, Thank you for your feedback. My apologies for the bathroom issue as well as your experience in the restaurant. That is unacceptable and I will be sure to discuss it with the appropriate department managers. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. Best regards,

We had a gluten allergy to accommodate and the bar/restaurant manager was excellent in providing options they could make as well as checking on us as we watched the superbowl. When we visit Philadelphia again, we will stay again. The room was spacious as well. Only negative was the expensive parking!

Dear Trip Advisor Guest, Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and apologize that a room with a microwave and fridge was not available for you. Perhaps when making your next reservation you request that room type. That way we can hold one aside for you. Again, my apologies. Best Regards,
