Upon my arrival, I was greeted warmly by Michelle (Front Desk) who immediately made me feel "at home." The lobby area was cozy with a modern, cool twist; perfect mix of old and new. The Bombay Room is an intimate space; perfect for a family Thanksgiving dinner. Only wish the lighting could have been adjusted/dimmed. The guest room was cozy...

The booking process got a little messed up, but they were very responsive. Other than that, it was a very nice room in a great area. We especially enjoyed the restaurant with live jazz combo. Unfortunately we stayed there mid-week when there was not much open for breakfast, but the front desk staff was very helpful in suggesting some options...

In a lovely town (but it seems to roll up the sidewalks at dusk) with cobblestone streets, beautiful homes and scenery. Room was nicely decorated - pretty lighting choices. Bed was very comfortable. Our room was a bit small but it worked. Comes with one robe (but we were two people so that was a bit strange), a refrigerator, and...

Dear Smilingtrips, Thank you for comments regarding your recent stay. I am pleased to hear you had some time to explore and enjoy historic Chestnut Hill with its quaint shops and dining options. Many of the shops close around 6pm; however, most restaurants are open for dinner and Paris Bistro, located next door, offers live Jazz Thursday through Sunday with...

We had a great time during our stay in the hotel. Front office staff John Orr & Michele are very helpful. John Orr is new recruit but his energy to help guest is excellent. I am sure he will do well in his life. They are very warm which is unlike lot of hotels in USA.

Hotel consists of a main building and 2 auxiliary unconnected buildings that are not handicap accessible. Rooms are small but neat. TV remote and hair dryer did not work and had to be replaced which was done very promptly. No HBO on TV. Continental breakfast included, but not very good. Toaster did not work. If you want to be in...

Quaint part of town. The hotle is over a century old and replaces an inn that was originally built in 1772. The rooms are small, neat, and comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful, and willing to help in any way. I had a great stay for three nights. There was a nice selection of restaurants within blocks.

We loved our stay in this clean, quiet, boutique hotel. Very friendly staff, free parking, price includes breakfast. Crispy clean white sheets. The hotel takes dogs too and it's in a very nice walkable neighborhood with shops. Only wish we had more time to explore.
