Top notch staff; excellent customer service. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable, and could not hear city noise. Hotel guests have privileges at the fitness center next door, an unbelievable facility, if you care. Great location and parking is either valet or self, very easy.

Great magnificent building but the check in is on a grim side street. Reception staff very welcoming and was a nice touch to offer coffees/teas and fresh apples. Was giving room 1509. Which i was told was one of the renovated rooms. The elevators were old and the hallways were wonderfully wide, again the historical element of this building was...

We stayed there for a weekend. Hotel has lots of history associated to it which makes it more special. Everything looks fabulous. Rooms are clean and cosy. We had a baby with us and hotel staff provided us with great service to make our stay comfortable. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

It is a great old building and the common areas are charming. The staff was friendly. The room however was a great disappoinment. Dimly lit. Old furnishings. Lumpy mattress. Lacked any charm whatsoever.
