Extremely disappointing! By far, the worse experience I ever had at a hotel. First, after securing a reservation, we were told when we arrived late at night that there were no rooms available and that our room had been given away as it was their...More

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take the security of our guests and their property very seriously. As a result, please allow us some time to look into this matter further so that we can properly address your concerns.
I recently stayed here. Pricing was reasonable (about $80 to $100 a night). Rooms comfortable and cozy. Decent spread for free breakfast. Ample parking. Right near 309 exit - still 20 miles from downtown, unless you know how to maneuver the interior Philly roads.
