It is the middle of city centre not far from the City Hall. You can take a bus # 32 from bus stop outside of Wawa restaurant to the Museum of Arts. Buy tokens from kiosk in the corner. There is free Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby. You have to pay for Wi-Fi in a room. There is a small...

Had a great 1 night stay in my home town of Philadelphia the other day. Wife and I really enjoyed the hotel, the breakfrast on the Mezz, and the great view of Broad Street, City Hall and of course, William Penn.

Stayed one night in a executive king room. Room was dated with peeling paint and rotting wood at window. Dirty drapes and shower curtain. Executive meant a high floor with breakfast, I suppose not a nicer room. Internet was the worst I ever had in a hotel room, barely usable. Seems like a lot of street noise, even though we...

The rooms are good but you can't sleep well because can hear everything from the other rooms. I was trying to sleep and I heard the voices, doors, TV from the rooms next to me in my last night and I couldn't sleep well.

The Doubletree has become our romantic getaway. It is such a pleasure to take PATCO into the city, go to a great restaurant or show (all conveniently in the area) and return to our clean room, many complete with a great view of Broad Street. Breakfast/Brunch is incredible..complete with a great omelette station. Love the friendly efficiency of the front...

We stayed for a day and a night to visit the sights and enjoyed it. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly...busy but friendly. The breakfast staff seemed to be a little out of it. The servers were half awake or in a daze for 0900 breakfast you would think they would have had a chance for coffee. The...

Thank you for your feedback. Our Executive Lounge serves a continental breakfast 7 days a week (Monday – Friday 630am-930am, 7am-12pm on weekends) and hosts an evening reception (featuring two hot items) Monday-Friday from 530pm-830pm. Outside of those times, the cold beverages you mentioned are available. Please visit again soon, and safe travels.

Hotel is centrally located within walking distance to many attractions but it seems little dated, It was probably built in 1970's if I would guess. The floor in my room, I think it was room 2002, was really dirty, maybe it's time to change the carpets.

From waiters to security and almost everything in-between, staff was friendly, efficient, and a real pleasure. Only one exception: surly barkeep who was offended by a coffee order. Hotel itself adequate. Bathroom vanity in desperate need of a paint job. Executive Lounge a joke: open only a few hours per day. Impossible to get a mid-afternoon cup of coffee or...

Have stayed at this hotel many times during the years an always have left very satisfied. The lobby is large and welcoming. There is a nice bar and bistro inside the lobby. There is also a gift shop, which I think it needs to refresh some of articles of sale, such as postcards. The rooms are specious, clean and newly...
