Nice hotel, good location but no free wifi? Courtyards offer free so why not the main chain? Luggage went to wrong room but beyond these 2 issues, a pleasant stay. Located just across the road from the Reading Market which is amazing to eat at and easy access to all other key areas.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. You can walk to the train via a bridge to the convention center and stay inside the entire time. Right across from Reading Terminal. I would stay here again.

Excelent location just near the convention centre and close to city hall and main shopping streets. Rooms are spacious and comfortable if a bit dated. Breakfast is average. Wifi is quite bad and expensive. The staff is impersonal and only moderately competent.

Upgraded to club level as I am a Ritz Carlton premier member. Great room, clean and very comfortable. Excellent club, well stocked with wonderful staff. An amazing location in downtown Philly. Took the bus tour out front which was quick and easy and fun. I was there for a conference and the service throughout the hotel couldn't be better! However...

Check in was quick smooth and friendly, room was clean and spacious, I got an inwards facing room with no real view but was ok with that as it was quiet, no traffic or any noise. Very central location walking distance to most things and on a subway line. Poor service in the breakfast restaurant, was seated quickly but not...

The focus here seems to be towards the convention attendees with a location very close to the Philadelphia Convention Center and the numerous meeting rooms within the building. However, staying here for business outside of the hotel or convention center - I was looked after very well. My room had a nice view of Mr. Penn. The Hotel is a...

The hotel is centrally located and next to another Marriott. A six block walk to the Liberty bell and right across the street from Reading Market which has AWESOME food - but they are only open from 9 - 5 so there are no options for a dinner. The Hard Rock right down the street is excellent as well for...

Across the street from the Reading Market, big bus tour tickets sold in lobby and is a stop on the tour and Hertz rental car counter in the lobby. Got a good deal on our stay and hotel let us check in very early and gave us a nice corner room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Be forewarned that...

This hotel is convenient to all downtown activities. My room was clean and comfortable although the trek to/from the lobby required a GPS and a good pair of walking shoes. The place is quite large. The concierge room on the 23rd floor is nice to have for frequent guests but is significantly smaller than it should be. During breakfast there...

You check into one hotel, and then you stay in another. Across the lobby, up an escalator, around a corner, across a bridge, and then there you will find your elevator. There are actually people positioned along the way to answer the obvious question -- it took me 3 people (actually 4, if you count the desk clerk-although she wasn't...

Thank you for taking the time to comment about your stay at our hotel. We were so sorry to hear of your disappointment in the hotel and what seemed like a very lengthy trip to your guest room. We get a lot of great comments regarding the rooms in that building and regret your inconvenience.Your feedback is much appreciated and...
