We came at the end of their winter season so we could ski Mammoth Mountain. They maintain part of the park through the winter, basically the paved area that is easy to plow. They offered 30 amp power but no septic or water at each site, though they have a dump station with water available all the time. The bathrooms...

Our stay was last minute and we had no trouble getting two powered RV sites next to each other for 2 nights, we were on the left side of the park (closest to town) and didn't find it cramped at all. Plenty of free sites around us and privacy with the trees. Facilities were great, we used the fire pit,...

We expected this park to be active and a bit congested, but it is not the "parking lot" that we expected. The full-hook-ups are under the pines on dirt, spacing is adequate for privacy. There are restrooms and showers at both ends of the full-hook-ups. The restrooms are clean. One has individual co-ed stalls with doors that lock, the other...

We've stayed here 4 times with our 43' RV. Has a nice pool and great location. We always stay on left side of park, great tree cover but dirt pads so a little dusty but worth the feeling of roughing it but still have full hook ups. Across street is Shady Park...great place for dogs and skateboarders. Overall, really nice...

Supposedly one of the better campgrounds in this area, right across from the visitor center. Our site was graveled with just water and electricity. The campsite was good sized, but not very pretty. There were many nice full hookup sites, but you need reservations far in advance, and we were not able to get one of the better sites. Restrooms/showers/laundry...

We really wanted to stay in Mammoth and as it was unplanned, ended up taking what we could get. What we didn't know was, that there was a motorcycle rally on somewhere in the vicinity at the time and every rig had several bikes with them and we were all crammed in like sardines!!! The showers/toilets did have a security...

We tend to stay here at least annually. This is a great campground if you like to get social and know your neighbors. It has a great family friendly feel to it and lots of trees! It is very close to town so bring your bikes with you. The bike trail system it Mammoth is fantastic and runs right along...

There are no other campgrounds in the area that offer hook ups so this is the only place to go if you want/need to have services. Very crowded and cramped spaces, not much of a mountain feel to it since most sites are on black top. There are some in the trees with full services but you need to book...

The park is family and dog friendly with great walking trails nearby and very close to the center of town. We enjoyed the pool, clean bathroom with showers and the playground on the campground. The only negative is that the spots are very close to each other and nit a lot of trees. But it is great place to park,...

We stayed only 1 night, I had phoned weeks before but was told park was completely booked. We ended up calling again the same day we were passing through and ended up getting a site only to be told we were booked for the next day. The staff was accommodating in getting us a site (on the tree side) we...
