MMI location is absolutely unbeatable. The proximity to Mammoth Mountain can't be beat, with three chair lifts literally right outside of the door. Starting with the positives, location is absolutely one... food is another with the burger at the MMI bar being one of the best I've ever had and the breakfast menu just as excellent. So why three stars...

This is a classic mountain chalet, big stone fireplace in the lobby, a good but expensive restaurant and nice bar. The rooms are fine, nothing special, but clean with comfortable beds. Pet friendly for travelers who bring along their fur babies. Rooms have coffee makers and refrigerators. The indoor pool is on the second floor of the west wing, so...

We arrived for our ski vacation and were not pleased with the condition of the "west wing" building where our room reservation was. The front desk manager Adam was able, with some effort, to move and upgrade us at no charge to the main lodge building where we have a very nice room. However, since it's Presidents Day Weekend and...

Took a trip back up to Mammoth middle-end of January between/within the storms. I have fond memories of this place from when I was a kid and its always like coming home. The building is older and I think I've mentioned that in a previous review, but still know that going in. Its an old ski lodge that has survived...

Convenient location, close to the ski lifts. Excellent service by hotel staff. Ski gear stored in hotel. Weather was with us we had three days with full sunshine after massive snow storm. Restaurant hotel is reasonable priced.

Booked a one bedroom condo a month prior to our trip and the day I arrive they did not have the condo I booked in advance a month ahead. Lori front desk worker stated she could not do anything to accommodate and that Jim the manager would call me at the current room available and see what he could do...

The Inn has wonderful amenities; great personnel, an on site rental shop, ticket sales, and ski valet service. Add the cozy lobby fireplace, options for free after hours shuttle service and that grand old ski lodge aura. Our group of 6 had a great 3 day vacation in a condo room. Thanks especially for the staff at 1-800-MAMMOTH and their...

The inn. Was great. Our room was big and very clean. We got the one bedroom king bed and kitchen it was a perfect amount of space for my boyfriend and I and our two dogs. It's conveniently close to the lifts.

The employees at this Inn are always ready to help you with a smile and their knowledge of the area. We were especially happy with all the help that Ryan Hurley extended to us during our stay. He always answered our questions and was ready to go the extra mile if needed. Can't wait to return.

We stayed for a week at Mammoth Mountain Inn and it was an incredible week of skiing with a record snowfall. We were looking for convenient and reasonably priced accomodation close to the ski lifts which it certainly was. However, it is a 'dog friendly' hotel which means people have dogs staying in their rooms/beds and even in the restaurant....
