Highly recommend the Casa if you long for solitude, if you are a birder, if you like wonderful home cooked breakfasts and gracious hosts. The magic of the Casa is its simplicity. Karl and Patrick are the most gracious proprietors you could ask for, they work hard to make your stay delightful (making breakfast every morning, and baking pies and...

Thank you for your kind words! We appreciate your support! Magic continues to reveal itself along the San Pedro River and at the Casa. Every day has new adventures with nature. A beaver in the river, hawks soaring overhead, Owls hooting in the early evening..... a miraculous environment that welcomes all of our guests. This valley really is a special...

This is our fourth trip here and it is never a disappointment. Patrick and Karl are great hosts. The property is peaceful, beautiful and lets not forget the birds. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfasts are great and the homemade pies are outstanding! We can't wait to see Woody on our fifth visit!

We love welcoming back our guests like you who become more family than "customers".. You are very special to us and we savor our many long term relationships with so many of our frequent guests! Woody is ready to greet you - his official job description is "Host and Greeter" and he is growing into his official role very rapidly....

We recently spent a couple of nights down @ the Casa de San Pedro. The proprietors, Karl & Patrick are consummate and low key gentlemen. While the Casa primarily (I believe) caters to bird enthusiasts, it's beautiful, peaceful riparian setting for anyone looking for a relaxing weekend or more. The breakfasts were superb! Anyone ever have a pork empanada? I'm...

We do hope to see you again - most of our guests find that the Casa becomes their favorite escape from the whirlwind world we live in - getting close to nature seems to strip away most of the stresses of the daily grind. And we do continue to search for innovative breakfast treats - as we travel to other...

Of course, if you are a birder, this is paradise; however, it is pretty heavenly no matter your interests. Located well into the embrace of nature - a river runs nearby, the surroundings are still quite unmarred and undeveloped - it is tranquil. The guest rooms surround a courtyard full of flowers and tinkling water. The rooms themselves are quite...

Casa de San Pedro features birds, great food, and luxury accommodations. The full name is Casa de San Pedro Bed and Breakfast, but it is much more than a B&B! The rooms surround a beautiful courtyard with as bubbling fountain. The dining room looks out on active bird feeders visited by many desert species with binoculars available to guests. The...

This is our 3rd stay and each stay gets longer than the previous stay. Why? Because the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. After a long day of hiking or birding you look forward to their wonderful shower system. The compound is fabulous. You start by walking into the court yard with a great water feature, beautiful plants and hummingbird...

Wonderful gourmet breakfasts, pies and coffee available all day, comfortable rooms, fantastic service, and birds (lots of birds). On our last visit one of the owners helped me find and take photos of a Montezuma Quail. I go on trips to take photos of birds. This B&B offers excellent photo possibilities right there in their yard. Then there are many...

Located way off the beaten path, it was as if we were visiting friends. The best part was being surrounded by nature, visible from all rooms. And we were part of the Friday hummingbird banding, a real hands on experience. It was a unique experience.

A friend arranged a birding tour for us and we stayed at this charming place for our two day trip.
