Have stayed at the Chase Suites many times over my years of visiting in El Paso. They have yet to really dissapoint. The rooms are always clean, the staff always helpful and you cannot beat the location in terms of being central to Ft Bliss and access to the downtown area and New Mexico. While they have done away with the "business" center they did offer to print my boarding passes for me. And when my flight (on Alaska Airlines) was changed they easily allowed me the extra day to make the next flight.

Thank you front desk crew for making our Check in so pleasant and easy to understand! Adriana and Isola walked us through the property and what is offered for our stay at the hotel. Then Thomas set us up for a great restaurant experience! we are very pleased with our first visit to El Paso Texas. Great customer service here. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Social hour has good, fresh cooked complimentary snacks in the evenings. Nice place to just relax and even a grill by the pool if you so choose to cookout. Will definitely stay here again.

Adriana has provided the best customer service while staying at the Chase… the hotel is very accommodating!!!! I’ll b bc if I ever have to come back to FT Bliss. All issues were taken care of in a timely manner. They provide breakfast and a small evening meal- Free!!!!!

one of the best hotels in all of el paso.. i refuse to spend my money anywhere else. the rooms are amazing, the amenities are just as great! ten styars across the board! they even have two rooms that have two stories and one main room so even if you bring others along everyone has their own personal space

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and it was an amazing experience ! Adrianna, Jen and Eric were always friendly and outgoing and worked super hard to make sure that I was enjoying my stay. Anything that I needed they were on top of it. I definitely look forward to coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
