My daughter and I were touring Southern Utah University and we stayed at the Best Western Plus in Cedar City. It was amazing!! Super clean, super nice staff, wonderful happy hour food/beverages, great breakfasts, comfortable beds, great wifi. What else could you ask for?

It is as safe as any hotel parking. There is parking that is behind the main building that is of the main street. It is a college town so one should always beware and think things through

There is excellent skiing at Brian Head resort, which is around 45 min away. However, the season is just ending. best time is Nov-March.
