Beautiful, open, uncrowded, comfortable seating for dining. Spacious front common areas for guests, convenient access to refrigerators and accessories. Knockout garden area that we enjoyed into the night, or you can enjoy huge outside porch seating. This is a big spacious BnB, where you lots of space is allocated to the guests. You don't feel cramped or restricted. NICE JOB....Donna!

This is a great place, the owner was very friendly and we will definitely be going back! Breakfast was fantastic and out room was simply charming. Everything was very well kept and I wish we had had more time in our schedule to stay longer!

The Iron Gate is rated #1 in Cedar City for a reason. It's in a beautiful old house, beautifully decorated to match the style of the home, with homey touches and comforts throughout. Donna is a gracious hostess who welcomed me with a refreshing drink on my arrival while she showed me the grounds. While staying, I was able to...

My wife and I could only stay one night, but Donna helped us to thoroughly enjoy it. Our bedroom was comfortable and cozy, and there were many welcoming touches about the Inn. The breakfast was delicious, and she went out of her way to prepare it for our early departure. Her advice on local restaurants was spot-on, and we enjoyed...

Confortable rooms, close to everything, wine tasting behind the Inn. Donna is a great hostess and makes outstanding breakfast. Would and will stay there again if in Cedar City. Thank you for a great weekend getaway.

The University put me up here for a campus visit/interview and it was a great way to introduce me to SUU and Cedar City! Donna is a wonderful hostess and extremely accommodating. The Inn itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and surrounded by great landscaping. There were so many great spots to sit outside and enjoy a nice cup of tea...

Great B&B. As indicated by others, Donna is a great hostess. Absolutely lovely property. The flowers and garden are fantastic. Breakfast was delightful!!! We had a Queen Room on the second floor. After reviewing all of the rooms, we would book a King Room. A little more space and light. The other thing we would do differently is order in...

My husband and I stayed at the Iron Gate for three nights. Rooms were spacious and had everything you need. Bathrooms were clean and big. I didn't notice noise from the adjoining rooms even though the house was full the whole time we were there. We didn't have a chance to enjoy breakfast since we had to leave before 8:30...

The room was great. The breakfast was great. The host is great. Our only regrets: not testing the wines ! (next time), and not having dinner in the garden ( It must be great !). Difficult to believe we can find a better place in Cedar City. Exceptional value for the price.
