The rooms are clean but quite old and a bit rusty in the shower. No wifi, which was very unfortunate. The location is next to the park, but there's no real view to the park. The staff is really nice though and helpfull. I wouldn't go back.

The hotel rooms are really small, but my friend and I were just staying four nights and had really busy days so didn't really use the hotel, just to sleep at night. The facilities at the hotel are more of a 2star hotel, but the reason I've scored higher (4stars) is the staff were super friendly, the reception staff went...

My partner and I went to NYC to celebrate the New Year. We were on a relatively tight budget and were not too fussed about the hotel as in somewhere like New York, it's really only somewhere to sleep in the evening. There is so much to see and do that seems pretty pointless spending a huge amount of money...

Needed a 5 night stay in New York for me and my boyfriend, cheap, good location, the usual. We found the location was great, Central Park is on your doorstep and there is a subway about 2 minutes walk so very easy to get around. Room was cleaned every day without fail, facilities were all working perfectly fine, staff were...

Agree with previous posts where room is small and location is ideal for those who already know NY and just need a clean bed to rest at night. Rooms are newly refurbished. Sheets and towels are clean and nice. Water temperature in the bathroom is rather erratic, ranging from freezing cold to scalding hot. Water in the tub takes a...

Thank you for staying with us, we appreciate your suggestions and will be forwarded to the maintenance department to be taken care of. As the noise of the heating system its unfortunate what happened to you and we definitely could have lower the pressure to avoid the noise. We apologize for that. I hope you can come back so we...

Hotel Is far from the pictures. We had a day without heating (it was cold), two days we had no hot water (first got the answer, not possible, it got repaired but...), it was small, dirty room. Awful pillows,. A real disappointment. I would not return.

My apologies for your experience, It's unfortunate we had an issue with the boiler overnight and the company showed up next morning to fix the issue. The rooms are small but we take pride in our cleaning. Once again your welcome to come again.

This is not a five star hotel but the view from the park view windows is 7 star! My room on the 4th floor looks straight out on to Central Park and the same view in a five start would be triple the price. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and I could not fault anything,...

Needed a one night stay in Manhattan this past December. Picked up an international traveler arriving at JFK and then wanted to see the museums the next day. We thought about the Bronx since we had our own car but then decided to try this place on the Upper West Side of the Park because well, it's the Upper West...

Problems checking in, tiny rooms with poor facilities, disinterested staff, worst of all $10 per night for wifi!! Noisy old radiators, 2 nights with no heating.......in December! The one star is for the convenient short walk to the sub way station.

Thank you for your feedback. As of January 1st we have made some changes in the rooms and renovated the entire hotel. Unfortunately the cost of the WiFi is separate and complementary in the lobby. As for the staff we have a very professional team, I'm sorry if you experienced differently but ill definitely take a look int this.
