I stayed in The Belvedere this past weekend while in New York. The hotel was very nice and convenient to where we needed to be. Upon check out there was an issue with valet and an extra charge. I was very displeased with how one of the managers spoke to me and handled the situation. Luckily, I was able to...

We stayed at the Belvedere and had a wonderful time. The hotel staff was excellent in all of their customer service. Very professional. This hotel is close to all subways, and restaurants,in the theater district in Hell's Kitchen. We had the best time. The onsite parking was around the corner on 47th street, not a far walk at all. We would...

A nice and clean hotel close to Times Square, Central Park, restaurants and transportation. A pretty good gym with a few aerobic machines, treadmill aso, and lighter weights. The weight machine was broken. Nice and helpful staff. Good hotel which I recommend. Was there with my family.

4 night stay over Easter. Nice room , good price, great check in service , didn't eat there, so can't comment on food. Front desk team are awesome. Concierge service told us they had a contract with a taxi company and could arrange cars for airport transfer on day of, 5-10 minutes before we needed them. When we arrived in...

Good service from the moment we arrived. Sorted out a booking misunderstanding quickly. Rooms very clean and serviced daily. Near enough to Times Square (the end of the road actually)along with a great Mexican restaurant nearby.

We were a family of three (DH, DD-18, and me) staying for 3 nights in Executive Double/Double room. Room was fine for our needs - beds comfy enough, plenty of outlets to charge phones, etc., coffee maker and supplies, small fridge. Not too noisy - although we did face the front of the hotel and at time the sirens were...

Bucket list trip and after loads research choose Belvedere - research paid off and really chuffed with choice. The location is fab for Broadway - a few minutes walk but without the noise and 24hr lights! The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We upgraded to King Exec on the 11th floor - room very spacious in NY terms,...

First time in this hotel and New York City. We were welcomed by a very friendly, prfessional man at the hotel's reception desk. A quick and efficient check in lead us to the elevator within minutes! The elevator was a bit slow maybe but we were on holiday so we didn't really care. There were always friendly and talkative people...

The biggest positive for the Belvedere is the location. It is a quick walk to the theaters and attractions around Times Square/midtown/Hell's Kitchen without being right in the touristy chaos of Times Square. Another positive: although the hallways and elevators are dated, the room itself (A Superior King Room) was surprisingly modern and comfortable. The bathroom, while very small, was...

We three occupied an Accessible, Executive Superior, Double Double--Room 323. The room on the backside of the hotel QUIET, with 12" pillow top mattresses, spacious immaculate bathroom. Very much like upper-end Hilton/Hyatt rooms Free Wi-Fi with this room. Keurig coffee maker. Pleasant breakfast buffet but ample other breakfast choices within five minute walk. Excellent Italian, Thai, and Mexican restaurants within...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
