chose this hotel as I got a goodrate on the marriott website, meaning I didn't have to pay until I stayed rather than the advance purchases. Was disappointed to be charged for the roll away bed at $30 per night because whilst we had a 2 double beds they were only just doubles and my son and daughter thought that...

I enjoy staying at this property because it is not in the middle of Manhattan's hustle-bustle, and it is convenient to my office in the Financial District. I always find the staff to be very nice, and the rooms clean and comfortable. I normally would give this hotel top marks - but my last stay of 12 consecutive nights was...

I seldom give and "excellent" on Trip Advisor, and I at first was giving the hotel a "very good" rating, until I was thinking about what to write and couldn't come up with anything that wasn't "excellent." The staff was excellent, the room was above average (I got upgraded to a view of the Statue of Liberty.) Above average food...

I really enjoyed my overnight stay at this hotel. I am platinum and was given a beautiful upgrade with a view of the river. At the lounge, there was a very good dinner and breakfast offering so that I had no need to buy either meal. From the Lounge, you look out over the river and can see the Statue...

My daughter and I stayed here for her 26th birthday celebration. We arrived very early and they found us a room right away. This hotel is just a block away from the World Trade Center site and the front desk gave us passes that enabled us to walk right through. Our room was beautiful and had a great view. It...

First off, let me just say how wonderful the staff/service is at this hotel. We stayed here for about two weeks before starting school and it's safe to say, we'd go back. We paid for a standard room and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of furnishings. Unfortunately, we were not granted free access to internet in our room. However,...

We stayed at this hotel when we were up for the A10 Basketball Tournament! The location was awesome just a block from the World Trade Center Memorial. You can walk to multiple restaurants and the transit system is just a few blocks away. Would def stay here again when I travel to NYC. Highly recommended!

This was a great hotel, our room was extremely comfortable and quiet, location was extremely convenient for the things we wanted to do in NYC, particularly the 9-11 Memorial, less than a block away. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance or a short cab ride. Taxi fare from LaGuardia to hotel was around $37 at 11 am....

My daughter, granddaughter and I take an annual trip to NYC to play tourist. We chose this hotel for the price (I caught a special and with a senior discount, it was too good not to take); however, the hotel was just okay. The public restrooms in the lobby were kept locked (the sign said out of service, but...?). The...

We decided to book this hotel because the price was good, for the type of hotel. While not all restaurants were open yet, due to Superstorm Sandy, Starbucks was open. The hotel also serves breakfast. My wife and I thoroghly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was as good as any that I have...
